Warning: Your computer may crash on this day

In the year 2015,30th June can be hazardous for your computer & website server. On this day

many computers and servers can crash. It had happened in 2012 as well. A warning has been

issued for this.

The reason for the crash isn't a Hacking attempt, but Time. In the year 2015, a Leap second is

coming due to which time has to be increased in all the watches of the world by one second.

Due to this one second of time, servers and computers can go haywire & crash.

The task of increasing time is done by International earth rotation service situated in Paris.

This institution handles the global time standard. In the year 2012, one second was added

and that crashed websites like Mozilla, Linkedin, Redit. This institution has added 26 leap

seconds since 1972.

Google is going to remain unaffected on this day as it has invented a technique called Leap

swimmer, which will automatically add a second in the real time.
